summer scheme environment.

BA in Education or related field and a minimum of 1 year's experience working in a leadership

role with children in group care e.g

Teacher or Programme Coordinator or candidates with unrelated BA must have 2 yrs experience

working with children in a leadership capacity in an educational, summer camp or after-school setting.
