A BORDERS castle will overflow with Dachshunds all day next Sunday (May 19).

Thirlestane Castle will hold its Annual Dachshund Family Fun Day with a turnout bigger than last year's 300.

Funds raised from this year's event will go towards The Scottish Dachshund Rehoming and Rescue Charity & IVDD.

From 11am to 4pm, guests will be able to see sausage dogs of all shapes, colours, and sizes, as well as a doggy walk around the park, classes, and competitions.

There will also be agility, scent-training, racing, showing, and fancy dress.

Witness a spectacle of Dachshunds showing off their loveable personalities, with races and contests such as 'The Waggiest Tail' and 'Double Trouble.'

Entries are £5 per dog and £1 per person.

Children under 12 can enter for free.
