The Fermanagh Super Cup squads enjoyed a presentation night in the Westville Hotel on Saturday night where the various awards were handed out.
Premier manager Darren Higginbotham said it was a “brilliant night and that it was “nice to be able to show our appreciation to everybody.”
The five man of the match awards for the Premier squad went to Josh Brownlee (Newcastle), Johnny Cassidy (Tyrone), Jake Irvine (Right To Dream), Matthew Dixon (MS Select) and Ronan Beattie (Otago).
The Players’ Player award went to Eoin Beacom while the Coaches player of the tournament was awarded to Conor Rippey. Top Goalscorer award went to Jacob Britton.
Denzil McDaniel congratulated his junior squad for all their efforts. He said it had been a memorable week, with the win over Swindon being a highlight which will always be remembered.
He said the behaviour of the players, on and off the pitch, was exemplary and he hoped the boys would learn lessons to take into their future lives generally, as well as their football careers.
Five man-of-the-match awards were presented to Josh Largo-Elis (South Coast Strikers), Conor Love (Dundalk) Micheal Glynn (Swindon) Darragh McBrien (Tyrone) and Jamie Morrow (Antrim).
The Players’ Player of the Tournament was Conor Love, who also received the award as top scorer.
The Coaches Player of the Tournament was Josh Largo-Elis, who received a trophy and a voucher presented by Ken Bownes, of behalf of the family of the late Gary Bownes, a former Milk Cup player and later committee member.
Jamie Morrow was awarded the Ernie Conlan Shield in recognition of his overall contribution.
